If you simply want to insert a quote instead of properly quoting someone, click the Insert... icon, then Quote.

Thanks, I think that is what I was looking for.

Yep, so the two (count 'em: two!) image size options are pretty much useless.

For example, I just uploaded a GIF. The thumbnail is still too large, and it's not animated. The full image is animated, but is even larger. I can't make it into a presentable size for a post. (I don't want it to be quite so large and obnoxious.) It may be possible to make it smaller by tweaking the source code, but I don't feel like experimenting.

(There's also the fact that when you don't upload an image and instead embed it via the Image button, there are no size options.)

Please fix this. I feel that this should be given priority.

For now I will just resize images before uploading them.

I thought you all should know that there is a black magic specialist babaji in America...apparently. This pressing news update is so crucial to the fate of humanity that spambots have brought it upon themselves to flood the help section of Head-Fi with it. So be sure to call that suspicious-looking phone number for all your black magic needs. lol

...Do the powers that be have a statement concerning the rampant spambots yet?

Black magic's my new side-hustle.

Yes, we're looking at different ways of dealing with it. I did change some related settings today and doing so obviously did not help--I've since reversed those changes, so the spam should be minimized again (knock on wood).

Sorry about that.

The new ignore feature is nifty! Now whoever you ignore is completely invisible in threads unless you happen to directly load one of their posts, in which case the user shows up, but not the content. (Before, it would always show a clickable message, tempting you to click and see.) I don't want to test whether PMs are also blocked, but I'm assuming they are.

Posts that have at least 26 pictures are currently unable to be updated - resulting in picture limit restriction notifications when trying to update. Adding a post with at least 26 pictures results in picture limit restriction notifications as well. Any specific details on this (if the restriction will be lifted, if the restriction will not be lifted)?

Since the latest update, Dolphin is currently unusable with regards to posting, replying, etcetera.

Thanks in advance.

Are you reporting the missing avatar? And thumbnails are preferred. :)
No. As you see, two Tom Blakes. I'll continue to post with pictures so everyone can see them as efficiently as possible.

Could you link to a specific post? I'll bring it up with the team, as we've raised this limit in the past.

No. As you see, two Tom Blakes.
OK, so you're reporting that you're seeing the avatar as "Tom Blake" as well as the username Tom Blake. I understand now.

As you can see the page buttons can be screwy (Latest Internet Explorer). Look at page 844, not much to that button. And the current page, 845, is chopped short. @AxelCloris any idea?

Yup, and a fix is already in the works. It involves re-writing the code for the page buttons and that's rather time consuming, not to mention stressful on our design team. As soon as it's ready we'll push it live.
Cool. Give my thanks to the development team for their hard work. I can only imagine how worn down everyone is from this difficult migration.
