That's ridiculous. Almost not worth the hassle of replacing it. I like the sound quality of this thing but the battery life is a joke.

What kind of battery life is everybody getting? I'm getting maybe 2 hours using LDAC.

I'd like to see USB-C as well as it seems to be the standard moving forward.

This may be obvious but I'll ask it anyway. Have you turned up the volume all the way on your phone? Also, are all cables fully seated?

I did NOT order the leather case. Backer #3xx and all I’ve received is a tracking number via DHL on 19 June.

Somehow I missed the high OI spec before pulling the trigger. This is disappointing. If I'm not mistaken, Fiio is using this amplifier in the K5 which has <1 ohm OI.

I found with IEM's and the DFR it was hard to get just the right volume level. I currently own the HA-2SE and find it to be a step up in sound quality and obviously volume control. I find it offers better clarity and a more dynamic sound than the DFR.

It looks like you had a chance to listen before me but for anyone wondering, the HA-2SE powers the Aeon nicely on low gain.

I received mine today. The seal on the box was broken but the headphones and cable appear untouched. The cable was sealed in a plastic bag.

I should have my Aeon tonight. I'll be using the HA-2se and will report back. I've also got a Burson Lycan which should tell me if more power makes much difference with these.

I've had my HA-2SE for a while now and love it. Waiting on my AEON to arrive and hoping it has enough juice to make them sing.

I had the Dragonfly Red and now the HA-2SE. I found the Oppo to have greater clarity.top to bottom and more features. The only thing the Dragonfly Red has going for it is the size and simplicity in my opinion.

It's probably not necessary. If your phones are hard to drive you'd be better off with a more powerful amp. I have and love my HA-2 SE.

Yes. You will use the 3.5mm input on the front of the unit for that.

When I saw the Post topic I initially figured these would follow the trend of higher prices than previous models. Nice to see Mr. Speakers release something in this price range.

I'm very interested in these as I've been wanting to try an open back IEM. I just wish they could have a small headband like the Baby Stax. Maybe even an on ear model rather than in ear.   I think these will be great for the office. Open sounding at low volume level hopefully.

    If you are planning on buying the Alpha Dogs I would get a desktop amp rather than the Quickstep. I have the Mad Dogs and yes the Quickstep will work with them but you'd be better served by a desktop amp. You can use the Leckerton as a dac for the desktop amp too.
