    Audeze LCD-X (2021) amp upgrade?

I just recently picked up a pair of Audeze LCD-X (2021). They are currently being driven by the headphone amp on my MOTU M2 interface connected to my PC using Tidal as my source with Sonarworks EQ. The sound is fantastic and at around 12-1PM on the volume dial I get plenty of volume without...

Amp for both Planars and Dynamic headphones, understanding specs?

I wasn't sure if balanced was worth it. It makes sense to find something with good power on all outputs and not focus on balanced and having to purchase balanced cables for both set of headphones which will add costs. the three units that are easily available to me at this point are the Topping...

Amp for both Planars and Dynamic headphones, understanding specs?

Sorry but I am not very well versed in headphone amps. Are you saying that the Asgard 3 would be better than the Magnius? I found a used Magnius for a good price but I am open to going with an Asgard 3 in the event it will be a better fit for my needs.

Amp for both Planars and Dynamic headphones, understanding specs?

I currently own a set of Sennheiser HD650 and will be picking up Hifiman XS Planars. Looking at many different options from Schiit, Topping, JDS etc. hoping to find a versatile amp that will drive both pairs of and eventually others if I add to the collection. When looking at different amp...

I picked up mu SE530 today. Very happy. They sound just as I thought they would. The info and feedback I got here was accurate and very helpful. Thanks to everyone for helping me make an informed purchase! Now I just have to get used to having something stuck in my ear! Feels a little weird...

Just got the SE530..now I need some help!

So far I like the foam best...aside from the difficulty in removing them. The soft flex rubber isn't bad at all. The tri flanges on the other hand are terrible...maybe I need to try inserting them better into my ear.

I've read a large number of threads on ShureSE530/UE Triplefi10 comparisons and here's what I gathered. Both are great, high end universal fit iem's. Ultimately it's really a matter of preference and you can't go wrong with either. -The triplefi10 have great top end detail but are...

I've narrowed it down to this selection! Not very narrow I might add...but It's such a tough decision without having the luxury or hearing what you're getting before making the decision. I've done my reading and haven't come to any conclusion since a big part of it is subjective. I'm...
