I made the myself. At the time, I was in school and had access to a machine shop. I used auto CAD and CNC milling machine to make them. I believe I got the measurements from here but do not remember from whom.

I actually drop my headphone into shallow water about 3in deep. ¼ plug and some part of wire was fully inside water but I don’t think much water got in to the driver itself. May be drivers are exposed to the water just little bit. It is grado225 btw.
