Just got the custom tips for my HF3. The sound seems more balanced than any other tips I've tried with the Ety's but I'm a little surprised that I seem to get better isolation with Comply's. Isolation and comfort where that main reasons to get the custom tips. Has anyone else had that experience?

This question has almost certainly been asked before but, after searching I can't find a direct comparison. Any thoughts on whether the iPod Classic has an audible sound quality advantage over the iPhone5?

I've been toying with the idea of going all out on a custom  IEM but want something that is optimized for a portable source such as an iPhone. I am a little worried that I might invest  $500-$1000 on something that people rave about only to find out that it needs an  outboard amp to really sing...

Hey Y'all,  The tips supplied with the MH-1C are fine but what do you do if you damage one? Anyone know where/how to get replacements? 

Anyone have any idea how I could get my hands on an Ulitmate Ear hard case (the type supplied with the UE350vi) . I love the case but am returning the earphones. I've never seen anything so small and yet effective at protecting your earphones. Anyone know of something else like it?

Hi all, Can anyone suggest a good quality software equilizer that would work on my latest generation 27" iMac (in conjunction with iTunes). iTunes has one built in but I don't know if the quality is any good.

As I understand it, iTunes music  purchases are compressed. Is there anywhere that one can purchase (for download) full resolution WAV music files ( bit torrent maybe?)

Is there any advantage to using a Mac Mini (or Mac TV) as a music server directly into my sound system vs streaming from a remote iMac with a Squeezebox? It goes without saying that I use full resolution lossless compression and am seeking maximum fidelity into a high resolution sound system.

I'm about to pick up a pair of Genelec 8240s and the only deal breaker is the fact that don't have a remote. Does anyone know if an iPhone can be used as a remote desktop (that would solve my problem since the Gens have a volume control built in to the correction software).

3 years ago I was one of the first to buy the Shure E500s IEMs (now known as 530). I recently broke the stem off and since they were a year out of warranty I returned them as a repair item. I filled out the repair form with my visa number fully expecting to pay the $180 repair/replacement cost...

One of the fellows at Headroom actually claims the 310 is better than the 530 in terms of accuracy. I find this both interesting and a little hard to believe. Any opinions on this?
