I just got the new macbook pro that was updated on Tuesday. I was really surprised when I plugged in my DT 880s and found that the laptop was actually able to drive them unamped, and the sound wasn't half bad either! Has anyone else noticed this with past macbook pros? This is my first...- aaronylee

iBasso P1 Problems?
Has anyone else with this amp experienced problems? Every time I pick it up or I slightly disturb it, the sound will go either to mono or to a very loud buzzing noise. I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this problem and if they had, what I should do to fix it. Thanks!- aaronylee

I know it's almost blasphemous to even suggest this but in light of the recent thread where it was suggested that the Conexant high definition audio chipset in the HP laptops were actually decent, does any one else have suggestions of laptops with similar findings? Thanks!- aaronylee

The State of Portable versus Desktop amps?
Hello, I'm still looking for an amp at around 150-200 dollars, but I was wondering if anyone had opinions on how much of a difference there would be between a portable versus a desktop amp in terms of SQ?
