So I have this knob that I got from digikey as per tangentsoft's recs: 226-2041-ND and I got the alps rk097 but I can't seem to figure out how to make the knob stick to the rk097. Did I get the wrong size or am I doing something dumb?

What happens when you tighten the setscrew on the knob?

Tighten the two side screws with a a torx screwdriver. The size on mine is T6.

I found that you could use a allen wrench to tighten the set screw as well. Who honestly has a full set of torx drivers anyway?
