At the moment I have Sennheiser HD 598 and a creative titanium HD card. I want to know is there anything I can add to improve the sound and maybe bass etc?

Just to say im a very happy owner of HD598's and creative titanium HD.   Im wondering what is the best method method of connecting them to the sound card? Should I just use sound cards headphone socket or is there somthing better?
