That is a good price for them, paid them 190$ two weeks ago here in Canada. At that price they are surely good at price vs performance!

Motstly lack of bass... But after a longer session yesterday they are growing on me. I will go to Apple Store to listen to the ue 6000 tomorrow. I may be selling the k550 around 180$ on eBay if I like the ue 6000 more!

Hi! I did not know where to post this question, so anyway if it is not where it should I apologize. I recently bought a pair of K550 from avshop.ca. All went smooth, good service... but now that I would like to return them because of the fit being loose, it appears that they don't accept return...

Any problems with the fit/seal? Do you get better bass with a slight push on earcup?

Quick question: at which number do you set you AKG K550 headband? I'm asking since I want to know if my head is average size or not. I like my AKG but I feel they could be more tight. If I press them just a tad on my ear I feel a full impact with bass, otherwise I find them shy on that...
