free gifts of RE600, HM700 and RE400
Liked and followed. It's kind of weird, me replying, since I usually don't bother to log in. I prefer to post in Taiwanese and Chinese forums, where I can use my native language. I will post a review here if I win though :)- exvsynz

Suggestions for "warm" sounding headphone, all advice greatly appreciated
how about the german maestro gmp 8.35? they have nice warmth, have an intimate soundstage with excellent positioning and instrument separation, not to mention fairly easy to amp- exvsynz

[Review] German-Maestro GMP400 - The Maestro of Classical
they sound a lot better with beyer dt880 pads in my opinion. bear in mind that the pad change will alter the sound a lot , rather like beyers . on the bright side, it's like owning 2 headphones- exvsynz

The German Maestro GMP 8.35 D Monitor in the studio... serious about audio, INDEED!!
Do denon d2000 pads work with these? I thinking about buying them, but the comfort issues mentioned by some of the reviewers have me hesitant. If the Jmoney pads fit them , the denons should work right? I'm asking because I've tries the denons before, and they're quite comfortable. Thanks in advance.- exvsynz

Battle Of The Flagships (58 Headphones Compared)
Excellent review, possibly the best yet. I was sort of hoping to see German Maestro among the brands , but I guess they're too obscure. Thanks, man.- exvsynz

If I have an amp that can output 800mw per channel, would I be better off with the 300 ohm version?- exvsynz

Headphone Sightings 2
I just met a group of eleven, all of whom were using soundmagic es 18s at school. I actually don't understand how beats dominate the headphone market, because at our school the number of beats is not even a twentieth of the number of es 18s.- exvsynz

++ FULL-SIZE HEADPHONE RECOMMENDATIONS THREAD++ CLOSED: Please post a thread in the Introductions, Help and Advice forum
Hi, I'm a newbie so bear with me. I listen mostly to classical and a bit of j-pop, and am currently using my sansa fuze as a source( though I'll probably get an HRT music streamer 2 soon) and the G&W TW-J9 transistor amp. I can get a pair of German Maestro GMP 450 for 170USD(I'm in Taiwan) and...- exvsynz

Enter to Win: Moshi Audio Clarus Earphones
1.How "natural" the soundstage is: some headphones have expansive yet seemingly artificial soundstages. 2.How emotional the vocals sound. 3.How good the comfort is(especially if you're going to wear it for 3+hours everyday).- exvsynz

Curious about crossfeed and ultrsone hfi 580
I'm a huge fan of crossfeed, and I use it with my sennheiser hd 449 all the time. To me, it really improves the soundstage in terms of depth, giving it an immersive 3d effect. However, when I tried it with my friends ultrasones , the differences were barely there; there were a lot of times when...- exvsynz

need advice on getting a portable source for my denon d2000
I'm completely new to the world of hifi, so please, put up with my simple questions. My friends (all of whom are total novices when it comes to headgear) got me a denon 2k for my birthday, and they sure sounded amazing, I hadn't realized this was what music was supposed to sound like. I...- exvsynz
