Review by 'intelegant' on item 'Ironbuds from Acoustic Forge - under $50 ecobuds '

I am tired of: throwing away earphones, wasting money, and destroying the environment. Ironbuds promised to be an answer to all three - imho they've cracked it. What is surprising is how good they sound.   Been waiting a year for Acoustic Forge to release these. I posted in the forums about...

Ironbuds from Acoustic Forge - under $50 ecobuds

Can anyone do a Kickstarter project that claims to produce an interchangeable ecoheadphones for under $50 with cheap interchangeable parts - and sounds great. No way you say. Way, I say. First, a disclaimer, I am not involved with Acoustic Forge nor a Kickstarter investor. But, I have been...

    Ironbuds - indestructable earbuds?

well.... I'm sitting here in Sweden stupified at how good these are for the price - seriously I have had Kliptsch i5s and Jays and a ton of others over the past three years and none approach the build quality or sound of these. The sound is outstanding for this price - much clearer and louder...

The Impossible Dream? Looking for a very tough, durable in-ear with replaceable parts.....

I'd already ordered a pair of MEElectronic's M6 from Frogbeats in the UK as a stand-by (though threads here suggest my research is definitely on target with those!) Still would love to find my dream earbuds - but yup $160 - $200+ is tooooo much for this poor family man.....it's my fault I should...

    MEElectronics M6 Review

Thanks! I ordered a pair at a fantastic price from Frogbeats as I live in Sweden and save about $30 by doing it this way. Really looking forward to the experience and thank you for the great review. I want a fairly tough out of the box ieb for daily use and usually spend $100+ but when you get...

The Impossible Dream? Looking for a very tough, durable in-ear with replaceable parts.....

So far, so great! Will defintely check out these recommendations - it seems so crazy that millions of earphones just go straight into landfill every year - it's like having shoes and throwing them away because a lace breaks - it's really wasteful, expensive, and drives everyone crazy!    OK...

The Impossible Dream? Looking for a very tough, durable in-ear with replaceable parts.....

Hi,   I seem to get through more headphones than most - and I look after them well. I want a pair of tough, durable, in-ears with replaceable parts. I want to use them outdoors (walking and cycling on cycle paths in Sweden, and I realize all the arguments for and against in-ears outdoors...

    Is frogbeats reliable?

hi!   Frogbeats are not only reliable they gave me probably the best customer experience I've had in a long time. I needed earbuds for sport and MEElectronics do a really cheap sturdy model the M6 (And that was a lot of research!) they recommended contacting Frogbeats. Like most, I am...
