I'll be spending a lot of time out of town this summer, and I can't give up my music.   Is there any decent solar chargers out there? I need something to charge a Cowon s9 and also my mobile phone. So something with a USB port and around 4000-5000mah? Something that will charge in 8 hours or...

I love my S9, I do not love the proprietary USB slot :(   I keep losing cables, and you can't find these anywhere in Australia.

A lot of audio engineers and studio designers say more subs are better. Not for SPL purposes, but to even out room modes and cause less acoustic problems in the room.

I wasn't trying to get them to send a replacement driver for free, I was trying to buy one through their spare parts division. The person I spoke to said they can supply pretty much every other part of the headphone as a spare.    Oh well, I guess I'll bite the bullet and send them back to HK.

I've already had the pad off and seen these screws. Will carefully undo them for a look tonight.

I thought about the tinkering cancelling the warranty. I'll see how I go disassembling it later tonight, maybe i'll chicken out :)   I don't know too much about speakers/drivers. I kinda thought when they go, they go. Not have intermittent problems.   Is this right?

Thanks for your suggestion.   I thought it could be the 1/4" adapter, so I took it off and plugged into a 1/8" out on my MP3 player, and the right channel still has the same problem  

I just received a pair of Denon D2000s after waiting a month on backorder.   These headphones are just what I was looking for, great sound, very comfortable.   Unfortunately they developed a problem after a few hours use. The right driver cuts in and out, for a few minutes at a time...

I ordered a pair of 2000s a few weeks ago. Kinda annoying as i paid $40 for fedex delivery, thought I'd have them a lot sooner. (geez, first world problems!)   The store (that has a warehouse in HK) says new stock is expected on Nov 1st.
