Do the e11 and the e17 have the same amp or are they different? Would the e17 drive the dt880 250ohm pro? Also why do they offer the same phones in 3 different ohm ratings? Does each one have a different sound to them even if they are driven properly?

Well I think I've changed my mind. I'm going to go ahead and get a DAC/Amp right now and buy another pair of headphones in the future. Since my future headphones will probably require an amp anyways. I was thinking the e17 since it is both an amp and DAC and you can add on the desktop E09K in...

It's not a DAC though right? Do I need one like the E17 that is a DAC? I will mostly be using it from desktop computer and phone.
