Anyone had the problem with bluetooth on Hugo where after a certain period (about 10 minutes in my case) it automatically disconnects and gives you the BSOD noise?

I wish they told me that from the beginning if that is indeed the case.  I had a very strong feeling this was the case, which was why I made sure to specifically point out that I bought it 2nd hand from Head-fi on every correspondence.  It would have saved me a trip.  Although the kind gentleman...

Just as a warning. Bluebird would only help you if you actually bought the product from one of their dealers...which probably makes sense. I was directed to Bluebird (the NA dealer) by chord, but because I bought my Hugo 2nd hand from a Headfier, the local dealer for Bluebird redirected me Back...

I have a question.  I bought a chord hugo 2nd hand from a head-fi'er and I accidently ran 19v electricity through it (forgot to turn down the external battery).  So now my Hugo is fried.  Can this be fixed or do I have to buy a new one?

How long did it take for your tubes to ship from upscale audio?  My order still says awaiting fulfillment from 2 days ago/

Question: If I lose (or gain) alot of weight and require a refit after a number of years, is it possible to get a refit from Noble?  Perhaps similar to the ownership transfer service except it won't be for a second owner? 

Got my package through fedex today.  YAY!  Haven't tried it yet, but that wood bulb around the cable is pretty ugly as someone commented before....so I took a knife and split it apart.

What about our track suits?

I would like to ask what is meant by "perfect fit". When I feel like I get very good isolation, the comfort is terrible because of the pressure in my ear canal.  Are you suppose to experience any pressure for a perfect fit?

uh oh...this is bad.  I just received my customs but I have bad seal on the right monitor.  After putting it in, I can almost take it right back out without twisting.  Also, when I touch the faceplate and move it around in my ear, I can feel the monitor moving inside my ear.    For the left...
