Spotify has now added tons of Pink Floyd!

Spotify just added a ton of Pink Floyd for premium users. I can confirm that it is in 320Kbps too. Unfortunately they only have the 2011 remastered editions of these albums, but so far they seem to sound pretty good.

I'm going to get a Sansa Clip, what headphones (IEM's) should I get to go with it?

I'm looking at the new Sansa Clip Zip, (Not a fan of the name) and I was wondering what would be a good balanced pair of IEM's.   I have been thinking about just using my (Big)  AKG K240's, but I don't know if I want to walk around with a pair of full sized headphones. (I would love to see...

Why don't more people use EQ to get the desired sound?

One thing I've noticed over my time here at head-fi is that, for the most part, no one ever says "Not enough bass? Use a little EQ." Why is this? I have been EQ-ing for a long time. ( I know that it can sometimes reduce the quality a bit)

AKG K 702 reveiw (Tips welcome!)

At first, I didn't like them, but after some testing I've found what these are capable of!   First of all, I started out by testing them out with a very wide range of music. I tested them with everything from Pop to Classical. They had an overall lack of bass and didn't give me much of a...

What should I get in addition to my AKG K-240's

I'll start by saying, Head-fi is horrible for my wallet. I'm now looking at getting a second pair of headphones. I have a pair of K-240S, and I have a Fiio E9 amp. I've gotten "bored" of the K240s, (Great pair of cans though) what should I consider adding to my ever growing collection?

    The human ear's frequency response

I found an interesting web page showing the way our ears shape the sounds we hear.  http://personal.cityu.edu.hk/~bsapplec/frequenc.htm   EQ can be used to make up for those curves, most manufactures already pre calibrate there headphones to make up for this. For example,      The...

I just bought a pair of AKG-240 Studios and I am thinking of getting an amp

My Creative X-fi Titanium pumps enough volume, but would I notice any improvement getting an amp? I've been looking at the Fiio E9.

I can't decide between these two headphones

I am looking at buying a pair of either Sony MDR-7056 OR a pair of AKG-240's. What should I get? I listen to a wide range of music, techno, rock, pop, county, classical, etc.    I might invest in a headphone amp also.

Should I get this amp for my new Sony-MDR 7056 cans?

I found this amp on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/ART-HeadAmp4-Channel-Headphone-Amplifier/dp/B000M0TN6U/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top     Would that help power some of the bass heavy parts of music?    I've got a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium sound card.
