Took apart my headphones today to clean them out and i noticed the film on one of the ears is punctured on one end, and the top part of it has come loose. I havent been able to notice any sound difference in between the two sides. Could this be a problem in the future?

Just got my Udac a few days ago due to horrible laptop sound card. Is there any reason not to set it to 2 channel, 24bit, 96000Hz(highest setting) as opposed to the defualt 2 channel, 16bit, 44100Hz?
