Haven't posted here in years. Selling my headphones to people in my complex, then moving to Puerto Rico right away. See my last post for age of them, lol. I have the original Abyss 1266, cord is a little frayed/twisted. No sound issues, original box, etc. I also have 2 Sennheiser HD-598s...

Yeah, it's funny...I had custom earplugs made and had the same issue...one ear perfect, the other-even custom-never fit the same.

One of my ears is too small for the smallest included rubber earbuds. Can someone save me 90 pages and recommend smaller rubber/other earbud alternatives?

How many of you who can't get past the $400 stand price were fine with Abyss pads costing that much?

That concern is one of the reasons I haven't picked up a Dave yet. I want gear that inspires emotion, not analysis. Where you just get lost in the music and aren't focused or have attention called to details and transparency. I'd be interested in knowing folks who do/do not have that emotion...

Do you have a Dave and output this way?

What's the flow from the PC to streamer/server...or do I have to move music off the PC? How does Dave pick up the signal from that?

Thanks...if my music is on a PC, what option is there other than a sound card approach? USB?

At some point I'm going to pull the trigger on a Dave. I'll need a new soundcard with optical out. Would you recommend an internal or external soundcard? Both for the Dave and music in general.
