MeElectronics Airfi Matrix2 AF62 - Bigger Earpads Mod
Just got my Shure pads today. They fit, but not well. I'll post some pics in a bit. I have a feeling I'll be sending this back and waiting to see how well the Brainwavz pads work for you.- uli2000

MeElectronics Airfi Matrix2 AF62 - Bigger Earpads Mod
No update yet. I decided to get the cheapest shipping from amazon. I figured since the distribution center was only 400 miles from my house I'd get it in a couple of days. Wrong. My package is taking a tour of the country. All Amazon is telling me is I should have it by Friday.- uli2000

MeElectronics Airfi Matrix2 AF62 - Bigger Earpads Mod
I just bought these from Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Shure-HPAEC940-Replacement-Velour-Headphones/dp/B005OM06RG . According to the HM5 thread, they fit the HM5, so I hope they fit the Matrix2.- uli2000

MeElectronics Airfi Matrix2 AF62 - Bigger Earpads Mod
I'd be interested if anyone has tried the Shure velour pads on the Matrix2? According to this thread, the Shure pads fit the HM5 well, I wonder if they will work on the Maxtrix2. My ears just dont do well with the leatherette pads for long periods. I recently took my Matrix2's on a trip but...- uli2000

Blackberry Curve 9300/9330 (UK/US) Sound Quality
I found the opposite with my Blackberrys. I used to have to run audio in the car thru a imput jack on my satellite radio. On my iPods, it sounded horrendous, but the Blackberrys always sounded great. My wife used to have a 9300. She was no audiophille (well, neither am I), but she enjoyed...- uli2000

Good cheap pair of earphones with a durable case?
I really like my Meelectronic M6's. I have 4 or 5 IEMs now, and I wear them the most. Can be found under $20, and Newegg just had them for $13. Comes w/ a case, a few different tips, and airline adapter and cable winder.- uli2000

Maximo iMetal IM-590 Earphones
I also picked up a pair of these with the groupon deal. I must be the only one who's had too much bass. I must admit they've only had >10 hours of burn in, hopefully, they will get better with more time on them.- uli2000

DEAL ALERT. MONSTER TURBINE $58.99
I bought some the first go round. They've been sitting in the box unopened in my room. After hearing all the QC issues, I think I'm gonna send them back and buy something else. I also dont think the sound would be much to my liking.- uli2000

MEElectronics "M What?" Promotion
Guess I should have ordered 3 since it seems like thats how you get an M11. Oh well, I'd even be happy with another M6. I hope I can get these from the mailbox before my wife does. She's pissed at how many IEM's I've been buying the past couple of weeks since I've been hanging out here.- uli2000

cheap in ears headphones
I'd consiter the MEElectronics M9 that Overstock.com currently has for $15. I haven't heard these, but the reviews are decent. You just missed M6s for $18 last week. I bought a pair and love them, now they want $35. ...- uli2000

Most bullet-proof earbuds for <$50?
I have some Altec Lansing UHP 336's that I like (rebranded UE Superfi 3's). Decent build quality and they have detachable cables. I paid $55 for mine but Amazon has had them as low as $30 in the past, might be worth checking out.- uli2000

Hello Head-Fi! Phiaton offers you free gear!
For me, a combo of fit and sound quality. I need comfort for wearing them for long periods of time. I also like nice clear mids and highs. A little bass is ok, but balanced, not too punchy.- uli2000
