And so it begins! Wedding planning....any suggestions/ideas/ect are welcome!
I am in the same boat, and have been picking between venues for like 3 months now lol. I think I have seen every outside venue in the tri-state area. The best advice I have from here is it is not so bad to get involved with certain things. Linens and color patterns, etc I don't give a crap...- smrtby123

Does the fall of music ever depress you? It does me.
I am tired of the argument that because mainstream music is terrible, the modern state of music is terrible. If you can't find amazing new music with one google search, you are either blind or aren't trying. The list of great new records so far this year, and this is only in my small area of... -
Spiderman 4. What Villian would you like to see?
The 3rd was def getting into Batman & Robin territory. I don't think Venom was handled as well as it could have been. I hope the spin-off Venom movie does a good job. I wish Carnage would show up, but probably not. They setup the backstory of The Lizard in the last few slightly, so that is...- smrtby123

College Student Food
That is a lot of money per week for groceries. When I was living in my old apt, I was spending $75 every two weeks for food and I was eating really well. Learn how to actually use all kinds of vegetables because they are cheap and so tasty. All the weird ones, brussel sprouts, radishes, bok...- smrtby123

Roger Waters takes "The Wall" back on the road.
I can't wait for this, but I hope tickets aren't $1k each for nosebleeds. He could easily get that too, which is the worst part. I will have graduated by then, so hello graduation present! -

Why buy a CD player?
I like pulling out a cd and putting in on, the same like I do with records. Plus my Sony CDP-203 was $25,it sounds amazing, and my gaming PC is all the way across my apt.- smrtby123

Grado Wood Maintenance
Unless they are coated with anything, you should treat them like a nice piece of furniture, or an antique instrument. I use lemon oil on all of the furniture I have made/bought and I use it on my violin as well.- smrtby123

Unless you the programs you are using are optimized for multiple cores, you want the fastest speeds possible. You will not be happy with a 2.66 Ghz proc, unless you are using software made for multiple cores. The 3.4 AMD will treat you well, and if you get into overclocking I know it has some...- smrtby123

Will you/Do you miss High School?
No way I would ever go back to high school. It was fun but bottom line was I was living in my parents house making $6 an hour. Now I am living in my own place, and I make good money, and I can do whatever I want. Lots of friends in the first few years of college would whine about how great high...- smrtby123

Updated M^3 (MMM) (Mcubed) BOM
Hi all, going through the M^3 BOM to setup building my own, so I figured I would post my updated version. I couldn't find the M^3 thread, and I think AMB says it was lost in a great head-fi disaster. It has all of the updated pricing from Mouser, and also all the parts if you wanted Digikey. I...- smrtby123
