IEMs under $500
Hey Everyone, I'm now on my second pair of se215s which I do like a lot with comply tips. However, my wife loves them a lot too. I'm starting to find myself more of an IEM fan these days and listening to my Grado setup less and less. I'm considering selling my Grados and amp to get some...- theHof

Phono Cartridge for Headphones
Just for funsies I'd like to see some people's ideas. I'm not trying to undermine the idea of total system synergy but here's the question. Assuming you have a TOTL TT/Pre/Amp situation what cartridge are you choosing to use for solely headphone use. Cart to can matches get extra points.- theHof

Disassemble Grado SR325e
Hey everyone, I've seen loads of tutorials on opening lower end Grados, has anyone popped open 325s? Or anything with the metal cups? I want to build a new cable since I hate the stock one (ergonomically) and my jack snapped off in an ipad. Is it the same procedure with the metal cup models?- theHof

Upgrading my DAC
Grado SR325e but I also use my DAC with my Klipsch Heresys. It's Gen 1 Well right now I do use the Fiio if I'm using headphones, planning on getting a Little Dot 1+ for those though. I am a lot more interested in getting a seperate dac so I'm going to look into the MM more. ...- theHof

Upgrading my DAC
So I'm thinking maybe it might be time to upgrade my dac. I've been using my Fiio X3 pretty much only as a DAC for a while now. A couple other aspects of my setup might be getting upgraded so it got me thinking about maybe upgrading from my Fiio.. I probably won't have a ton of money...- theHof
