Like previous updates it does drop out completely from time to time, meaning total silence for a whole track or more, but this appears less frequently with the 2.4.3.   I can easily say that this version of Amarra is the best digitally based sound reproduction I've had in my system. And...

Can y'all load music files from internal storage to Amarra?   I've tried all the formats, plain jane file names. Amarra will only load them from external storage, not my internal hard drive.  

Received a Halide Bridge this friday, new from authorised dealer. The SPDIF housing rattles, which I wouldn't expect it to do. Fast forward 2 minutes, the mac recognizes the Brigde but it just won't work, not a sound, just the rattling. Guess I got a DOA copy.

Agree on equalizing. I think they really are a bit lean in the lower frequencies, even with the black tips instead of tri-flanges. They do lush, liquid and sweet as it is, but with a bass boost they also handle grit, growl and kick drums more than satisfactory.   Not thoroughly convinced...

I just got word from Grado that they're unable to supply the key for the baseplate hex screws.   We don't seem to have them here in Europe, obviously because of the metric increments. Online, sure, but just sets. If anyone of you in the US could sell me a tamper proof hex key #6 (1/8")...

The R channel of my RA-1 just went dead quiet. Cables are fine, check, DAC is fine, check. What the bloody 'ell? It's not like I could open it and have a look.

So, are the "other" tips, non bi-flanges, included with RE(262)'s then actually Shure olives?

Does anyone know where to buy olive tips suitable for Hifiman IEMs (RE262)?   Head-direct sells sets of bi-flanges and filters, but apparently no olives.

While at it, maybe someone can share a link for where to pick up a supply of the included large olive inserts? It appears that head-direct is only selling kits of assorted inserts.
