When building interconnects a common construction technique is to attach both the shield and neutral leg on one side while leaving the shield unconnected at the other end.  From what I understand, you are supposed to do this on the "source" side of the cable but I have always been a little...

There's tons of info on the F1/K1000 combination but I didn't find much on how well the K1000s go with the F3. I know that the F1 is supposedly more optimized for the K1000s but I was wondering if anybody has actually heard the F3/K1000 combo.
