I know the IE7 are old. How do they hold up no a days? Should I upgrade. I have been using them for gym use and was wondering if there is a worthwhile upgrade?

She can't be listening to these no longer. I listen to IE7 and the sound stage kicks ass....whats going to make her wow! I've been out of the game for awhile. She likes all the typical girly girl music. County, Rap, Rock...etc...help me!

How are the highs?

I have the Sennheiser IE7s. I have had them for about a year. I barely use them due to the comfort. After an hour they start to hurt my ears. I'm looking for an IEM similar to the M50 or the Denon D2000. Also, would Comply Tips help?
