I recently acquired a pair of Yuin G2A with the sole purpose of using them while jogging. I can tell you: this won't work. There were a few seconds now and then that they stayed firm in one place but most of the time they bounced making them uncomfortable. I don't know about the Sony clip ons...

They're suprisingly good indeed, I wouldn't want to use them every day but when you have to use them, at least they make a sound you can call music. Instead of most standard earbuds manufactures deliver with their MP3-players.

It's rather easy. I used a kit from ipodjuice.com which came with clear instructions. You just pry open the ipod with a non scratching tool, remove the powerstrip, place it on the new battery, place the new battery (maybe with some adhesive), close the ipod, and within 10 minutes you're done.
