Sennheiser HD 560S DAC-AMP recommendation
Cheers for the replies I did look into Schiit Magn, but sadly it is a pure amp. No DAC. I move around a lot with work so ideally want a DAC-AMP. It just needs to be little more powerful than K3.- Nielo TM

Sennheiser HD 560S DAC-AMP recommendation
All the desktop amps I've looked (sub 150 USD) seems to be less powerful than Fiio K11 & K13. Inc my K3. 😕- Nielo TM

Sennheiser HD 560S DAC-AMP recommendation
Decided to overhaul my audio setup. Upgraded from Philips X2HR to Sennheiser HD 560s. Love it. Miles better all round. Currently using Fiio K3 (V1) with gain set to high. Wondering if it's worth upgrading? Volume wise, K3 is fine for music, but for films, sometimes I have to max it out. Also...- Nielo TM

SoundPEATS H1 problems !!!
So far I've tried 3 pairs and they all suffered form serious problems. 1st pair had volumes issues. The left bud starts to quiet after an hour or so of use. 2nd pair had charing issues. Right bud wouldn't charge properly. 3rd pair (current pair) switching from stereo to mono at random...- Nielo TM

Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?
Got that yesterday. Will be retiring my xDuoo X3 + KZ ES4. X3 + PFE112 still produces more authentic audio (useful for critical listening), but H1 is so much more "fun" to listen to, and its difficult to notice bandwidth differences thanks to AptX Adaptive. First TWS I owned where I didn't...- Nielo TM

Soundpeats H1 ear tip recommendation
Finally got my hands on the H1 and I'm loving every bit of it except the fit. Comply tips work the best, but spending another 20 quid for tips seems silly (especially when they only last for few months). So could someone please recommend me a decent tips or cheaper foam alternative? Thanks.- Nielo TM

Possible ultra-budget in-ear solution
Had the SHE3590 for over a year and on their own, they are pretty decent budget solution. Few weeks ago I was playing with some ear-tips I had laying around and ended up combining the SHE3590 with MEE S6's Triple-Flange ear-tips. The end result was stunning to say the least. High...- Nielo TM

Creative Sound Blaster new series Z, Zx & ZxR
Does anyone know how to get the best out of SoundBlaster Z? I'm using PFE 112 and it doesn't need to be amped. Should I use OUTPUT 1 as opposed to headphone (assuming OUTPUT 1 is line-out)? If so, should I select Stereo or Stereo Direct? Does the Full Range Speaker settings make any...- Nielo TM

Stick with soundcard or invest in external DAC?
I currently own SoundBlaster Z with Nicheon FG capacitors and it's paired with Phonak Audeo PFE-112 (Grey Filter). The 112s are pretty awesome IEMs and I want to get the most out em'. Given my maximum budget is £150, would it be better to stick with SBZ or switch to a DAC (such as Fiio Alpen-E17...- Nielo TM

Creative Sound Blaster new series Z, Zx & ZxR
[Update regarding Nichicon vs G-Luxon caps] I bought a second SBZ to act as DAC and luckily it was fitted with Nichicon caps, which meant I could finally compare and see if I missed out. I was initially going for the Fiio E17, but the SBZ seemed much better (and cheaper). Anyway, upon...- Nielo TM

DAC Recommendation for Blu-Ray and console gaming
I've decided to build my own. It's cheaper and seems to be better (from what I've gathered so far). I'll eventually build a mini-ITX system and stick the SBZ in there.- Nielo TM

DAC Recommendation for Blu-Ray and console gaming
I'm in need of a DAC with S/PDIF (input) and headphone amp for Blu-Ray and console gaming. I'll be paring it with PFE-112 (with grey filters), so it has to be high-quality. ATM, both the PS3 and 360 are connected to the SoundBlaster Z via TOSLINK. The sound quality is phenomenal, but it...- Nielo TM

PHONAK is killing off AUDEO PFE for good :(
I'm sure they'll honor the warranty. I splashed out £200 quid and bought 2 additional pairs of PFE-012 (along with some grey filters). Hopefully I won't have to research for another pair of phones until 2020/2025.- Nielo TM
