Stick with soundcard or invest in external DAC?

I currently own SoundBlaster Z with Nicheon FG capacitors and it's paired with Phonak Audeo PFE-112 (Grey Filter). The 112s are pretty awesome IEMs and I want to get the most out em'. Given my maximum budget is £150, would it be better to stick with SBZ or switch to a DAC (such as Fiio Alpen-E17 or Audioengine D1)?

PS: Although I game on my PC, I don't use any of the gaming feature on the SBZ. I mainly care about music quality (and films).
