Which one  VSD1 or VSD1S is better for classic rock music ?

First time I hear about these, so I read about them, seems they are pretty good. Maybe i should buy these. Will they fit good in ear doing sports, and which one gr04, gr99 or VSD1 has lowest sound leakage ? And i dont need much bass,  because Im mostly listening  classic rock.
