Hello,
Im searching for an earphones like this style :

(with hoop over the ear(not head) )
Is there any of theese with low sound leakage, because its very important to me. I like to listen music loudly and dont want to disturb people in public transport :) .
Can spend 70$ for earphones.
Dont need headphones because they dont fit my "portable" requirment :).

I hope you will help me people :)

The style of earphone in the photo is called IEM(in ear canal monitor). There are many under $70. Some can only be worn with the cord down, some only with the cord up, and some can be worn either way. Do you want IEMs that sound natural, or ones with extra bass?

The one with the most isolation that is under $70 is the Etymotic MC5. There are many others though. Many of the extra bass ones have ports(holes in the enclosure) which reduces isolation.

If you search through this thread, you will see many under $70.

Most dynamic IEMs tend to leak sound to some degree, however isolation is still normally very good if you get a good seal, as for leakage, i really don't think you need to worry about that with IEMs, your primary concern is isolation and seal.

I made a little mistake, earphones not necessarily have to be in ear, earphones should have that hump/trim/bow don't now how to call that type of earphones in English, so found some examples. I need this type, because I tried very much simple, normal earphones but they just don't stay in my ears, they fell off from my ears imediatly.

OK, so you do want earbud, but seriously, for isolation requirements, you really need IEMs, with IEMs, it doesn't matter what you choose, spill, the sound that is output into the environment is minimal.

Earbuds won't give you any isolation whatsoever...  So that requirement won't be able to be met at all.  You have to go IEM if you want isolation, there really is no other route to get it the most natural way.  Noise cancelling headphones is one way to go, but IEMs do it much better without any electrical gizmos in the center.

The Sony EX310 offers great isolation and sound crisp clear with deep punchy bass and offers wider soundstage(very fun to listen).

Thank you for Your answers.
Both earbuds and IEM's are good to me they just have to be clip-on earphones, because simple IEMs or earbuds keep falling of from my ears :) .
I dont think that i need much bass, because i listen to classic rock, not techno :) .
And IEM's are'nt more harmful to ears than earbuds and other phones ?

IEMs isolate more than any other type of earphone, period.

IEMs fall out of ears because the user is using the wrong size/type of tip. and/or are not inserting the IEMs correctly.  A tip can be made of sillicone or foam, and a few other materials.  Tip choice not only effects isolation, but also the size effects whether they stay in your ear or not.

I find IEMs stay in more securely if the cable is worn over the ear.

IEMs are no less safe than any other earphone in my opinion, and the range and quality of products available today is huge, i think if you want and need isolation, you have no choice but to look for an IEM, if you are unsure of what to get, start with a very cheap one, for instance the Monoprice 8320, which is a $7 IEM, you may find the tips that come with it are unsuitable, and so you will need to obtain other tips, like a pack of sony hybrid tips, or comply TX-400 tips for example.

Of coarse, the only reason i suggest this model is because it is so cheap, it has a sound quality that defies its price.

Those looks really perfect to me, but dont now about their sound quality. Is Sennheiser CX 680 or Sennheiser OMX 680 have good sound quality and are they worth money ? Or maybe You now better variants than theese?

My variants :

Sony Active Style MDR-AS40EX

Sennheiser CX 680/OMX 680 ( Read that theese are kind bassy, i dont need much bass, because i mostly listen to classic rock )

Panasonic RP-HS33

Pioneer Splashproof Sports Headphones

SoundMAGIC E30 Earphones (Read that theese dont fit your ear very well, is it true ? Because its very important to me , I have very "bad" ears, all earphones that i tried kept felling of from my ears

Others will have more to offer on advice i should imagine, please understand, if you get the right fit using the right tips, your IEMs will not fall out.  I am using Monoprice 8320 with stock tips, wearing them over the ear, and they do not fall out, so, you really need to understand you do not need this clip on feature, you just need to obtain the right fit by trying different tips.

You don't need to spend $70 initially either, $7 is enough to get you started, and if you do not like them, it doesn't matter and then you can try another product.

The A151 is not a bad IEM either, but spend as little as you can at first, see if you like the sound you get and so on, then you can spend more later.
