Good: Phonak. Sent me new pair of PFE-s, didn't ask for recipe, didn't want faulty pair sent in. I just sent them photo of broken unit and that's it. Bad: Shure. Refused to deal with their famous SE530 cable problem.

So, I visited finally audiologist and got my ear impressions. BTW, she made two of each ear, total four and said: "They are slightly different, so the shell molder can scan these and find the mean form." I do not plan to add extra drivers. My wallet is whining already... 1. Should I ask UM...

Greetings from Tallinn! Would like to know whrere did you find the KSC75's in Tallinn and what did you pay? I know anly one place in central Tallinn wich carries yhem and to local standards the price is are little bit too high. Great cheap phones, though.
