I used to have this problem with IEM's, fixed by using Comply foam tips. So i assume it's from bad fitment.

Thats only if he bought it from .com and not .ca. I noticed his location says Canada, and from what I know amazon.com doesnt ship to Canada......

Did you buy them from amazon.com or amazon.ca? Also did you purchased from amazon themselves or the 3rd party vendors? If its from Amazon itself, then they're most likely legit.

I got both of them, the porta pro is definitely better in terms of overall sound. But the xb300 isnt bad too if you like a bit more bass than usual, it is slightly muddy tho.
