After lots of trying and "delusions" these are my findings about powering the T1 by increasing quality order:   T1/Icon HDP : no good, too bright and insufficient power. T1/ Icon HDP DAC/ WA2 : way better, plenty of power and control but sometimes depending on quality recordings still...

NuForce Icon HDP it's very hard to beat. It has been driving my cans 'till I got the WA 2 and still use it as a great DAC that it is.

Thanks Dubstep I thought so, I was just a bit concerned at the WA 2 not being able to rich some of the Wa 6 Se  energy or punch. You have both ampli, ever tried T1 with Wa 6 SE only? What do you think about that. I do like warm sound but I also like a bit of energy.
