I have attempted to determinate my gr07 mk2's with a neutrik headphones plug.  However I was confused as to which color wire was the grounds and left and right.  At the moment I have the silver wire as the left, brown cable as my right, and the blue and gray wires as my grounds.  Is there anyone...

Sorry for trying to revive an old thread but I was wondering if someone could help me as to what the actual grounds and +/- are.  There was a post earlier stating the cables which these are but there was nothing about the blue cable and there is no white cable.  I was confused on this point...

The Monoprice 8323 would have more bass, but is a little bit muddy.  The Incipio f38 are much better in my opinion.  Better highs, less bass, but better clarity.  Also the Brainwavz HM3's (clone of Incipio f38) are only $23.00 right now on amazon.  Grab them before mp4nation gets rid of the sale!

sony hybrids seem to work well, as well as complys.  Personally I just took by Melectronics double flange eartips that came with my m9's and I just cut the top flange off to get a single flange silicon tip.  Works good for me.
