I own the HE-400s, would the HE-500s be an upgrade? Listen to every genre of music under the sun.    Thoughts?

Reading this made me wonder whether it was worth spending $1000 on the Lyr/Bifrost...does sound fantastic to my ears though 

I got my Lyr this week, when I turn it off I hear some funky popping/cracking noises. I thought this was supposed to be fixed?

With the HE-400 I wouldn't say the vocals place you right next to the singer, I always feel they're quite far away. If you want the 'singer in the room' effect i'd grab a pair of HD650s 

Hi    So i've just got my shiny new Lyr and i'm unsure how 'firmly seated' the tubes should be? I've lined up the pins but there's still quite a bit of free movement and they don't feel very secure.    Also, it says I should power up the amp *before* connecting the source. Does this mean...

Hi    As far as i'm aware no one in the UK sells the audeze LCD-2s directly. What's the best (cheapest) way to get them in the UK? Even on audeze's website, there seems no option to ship to england/UK  despite having an option for Ireland?(!)   Kind Regards
