Readjusted pricing from $5000 -> $7000, and condition from Fair -> Good. Realized than an HM1 in the condition I was looking for initially probably will not be available in the used market for another year or two, so now looking for an HM1 that is functioning perfectly; cosmetic flaws or scratches are not an issue.

Also not an issue if it's changed ownership multiple times but original proof of purchase is highly preferred to have since every HM1 in the market should be well under its original 3yr warranty.

Michael from Directors Garage is selling his for $7500. His is in absolutely new condition as he's essentially used it for a couple review videos and now he's passing it on.

You could skip the 9 month waiting period and still save over $1500 off retail for essentially a brand new unit.

Yeah, another member also let me know about Michael's listing. I actually bought one on Thursday from a local head-fi member and very happy with the purchase, so closing the listing now. Anyone else that loves to fiddle around with the sound album-to-album, there's nothing like the HM1 in the market imo.
