For sale is the Questyle CAS192.
Probably the most detailed DAC I've owned and this is coming from previously owning Gumby and Qutest. It's has an amazingly black background and macrodynamics are very robust (or "slammy" if you will). Having just heard the Yggy at CanJam this weekend, I have to say that this DAC trades blows with it. I'm selling the CAS192 as it leans too dynamic for my tastes. I prefer something a tad laid back.
The firmware has been updated to the same found in the CAS192D for DSD support. Cosmetically, there are a few scratches to note on the top towards the back and front edge of the top (photo of the top provided for reference). Functionally, the DAC works perfectly.
This unit will come with the stock power cord and original packaging.
