14 Ohm comes with 2 sets of pads (fenestrated leather and solid sheepskin), closed cups, XLR cable with a 2.2mm adapter and a 4.4mm adapter, a modular cable. I'm the 2nd owner of these and they are in good shape but some visible wear on the wood edges.
45 Ohm comes with 4 sets of pads (fenestrated, velour, solid leather and hybrid) and 2 sets of cups (semi open and fully closed) a 4.4mm cable and the S shaped grill. This one is brand new, i personally ordered them and 1st and original owner.
