iBasso responded that, they have and are looking into it but don't know where the software team is with this right now and if it can be done.

I just checked shipping outside US and DHL is more secure, as they inspect package contents.
Also all the other two (fedex & UPS) have standard price but DHL has some discounts.
So I would go with DHL.
