I was decided a long time ago. When it first came out. Reading the impressions having it compared to a combination of LCD2, LA7000 and HE500. That sounds like a must own for me . Plus it excels at rock music, has silky-smooth treble, great bass and a spacious sound stage. That is my preferred sound signature. I hate rough treble. Just lacks articulation and is unrefined to my ears. Good at causing me a headache though .
What made you decide?
And yes it's quite an improvement given it's just burn-in that did all the work. Amps + burn-in = must I guess.
