They may not even accept Your player because You modded it and You bricked it. If it will be so, then that`s life, deal with it.
Stop going around threads and bashing this player because Your sound reference point is off, approaching Your rig sound outcome from wrong direction and You don`t know what You are doing with hardware mods.

It is a service, you pay for repair/replace parts.go and blame yamaha and jbl for my sound reference,or blame cowon!or start listening do devil doll eliogabalus album flac format.do it in flac irr off cpu default for 1 min and the lsiten again with default irr on cpu default and lets talk about what you hear, because my sound reference tels me that it sounds better and more real,if you can say so,in default than flac and is almost the same sound as yamaha a730 gives you the sound.and thise receiver is aventage series, blame it for my sound reference

I've been using the internet for a long time, I've seen everything from AOL talk, to 1337 5p34k and that post was by far one of the most painful things I ever tried to read.

Hi guys
Newbie here
I have some issues with my dx50
I just got my dx50 about a week ago. It's 1.6 fw inside. Then I installed SU 1.3.3 with no problem. Then fw 1.5 no problem and I always delete update.img after upgrade . After that I wanted to change to SU 1.3.3 again. Suddenly there's no system update in the advanced option (i know u have to root the update.img to the internal memory)
Can you help me with this issue?
Pardon for my English
Thanx a lot

I change firmware everyday and never have this issue. Have you tried factory reset?

Yes I have. I've tried rockchip batch and installed the driver but the devce is still not recognized. I'm using win 8 64bit

RKBatchtool should work up until win 8, win 8.1 won't recognise the device.
Make sure all drivers are installed correctly, you will probably have to disable drivers signature enforcement as well, google how to.

DX50 is pretty hard (if not even impossible) to brick permanently with firmware changes  But good to hear Your problem got solved. Enjoy!

Ah, having a little problem with my dx50.  When I turn it on, by holding down the on button for 3-4 seconds, usually it comes up with the ibasso screener and then the screen just goes blank.  However, when I touch the on button to turn the screen off/on, the screen then comes back on normally.  Did not use to do this.  Do I need to put the firmware on again?  Reset the device?  Some of the music or files I put on corrupted the device?  Hate to think that it is the beginning of the end for my device?  I have only had it for a few months...

Hmmmm.  I know what factory reset is, but pray tell what you mean by "in recovery".
