If the tracks that play out of order are renamed starting with "01.. 02...03" etc., there will be no problem. Sometimes when CDs are ripped, the tracks enter folders alphabetically and the DX50 will play them alphabetically.

If the ID3 tag have the number track, does the dx50 play them in order?? even if the file have only a name without start number??

I didn't. Got a killer deal on a set here in the EU so the time had come to finally upgrade from my Sony all-in-one bluray/surround atrocity.

Can't just stop there, need to pair those things with a nice sub, or two (stereo subs).  :)

Not familiar with speakers that have those input types, but I have a pair of bi-amped speakers.  I don't enjoy the way the DX50 sounds using the analog line out to my receiver.  Well, I mean it sounds fine, until I plug the DX50 in using the digital output.  Receiver's DACs / decoding abilities >>> DX50.  I made note to never plug the DX50 into my receiver with the analog lineout again.  lol

Do you have the LO set to full power?

I use it at 250, it seems to do a bit better than 255 to my ears...I'm going to start experimenting with dropping down more, and using the amp to do the work instead of the LO

Hey all, I was wondering what is the headphone impedance range on the DX50. Just so that I know if I should buy a power amp for future headphone purchases.

Do you guys use the DX50 with FW1.2.8 as it is or use with EQ?

Heavy Low end EQ here, when I use the HO.

No EQ when I link it to the C5D but I use the super cool bass boost there (why better than the software EQ).

No, I like bass.  Which is certainly not demonstrated by that EQ setup, but my headphones are too bass heavy naturally.  Still have lots of good bass though :)

which headphones ? Type of music?
