Well guys, thank you for all the explanations and examples. So my height is 1.73m and my weight is 94 for the moment (it was 104 when I started to gym). I am planning to hit 70 at least then I will see how I feel about my body and if I need to lose more or not.
I guess we will see at the end of this program will I need a refit or something, but I agree with Mython, silicone can be more forgiving to changes like that. I don't mind either way, if the seal stays, I can keep on using, if I need a refit, so be it, it is a part of the game anyway.
