Tyll Hertsens from Innerfidelity post a really interesting review of the Logitech U6000 & U9000.

Both look very comfortable and according to Tyll sound quality is very good! I personally wanted to buy a bluetooth headphone long time ago, I think maybe the U9000 It´s the one !!! what do you think about this headphones ?

Having read/watched Innerfidelity's review and looked at the cross section diagram on the UE product page, does get me thinking... Seems like they have a very capable driver in these, if they replaced the circuit board with some well R&D'd damping configuration, they could have a serious winner of a passive closed can on their hands.

Of course, not the Canadian Apple online store.  We get shafted, as always.

Agreed, too many new cans lately have come out this way.  I've always hated any retailer-exclusives (Blu-rays, CDs, anything).  I guess they must be getting pressured by Apple to get the exclusives or they won't carry them in their precious Apple stores?  Weak, Apple.  How about competing in the market?
