People posting weird 'looking for' requests in this thread. Which part of the thread title can't you read?

Meanwhile, I'm still rocking my 64Audio Duos. Love 'em.

The Duo is great!

Nice list! I suppose I can just stop trying IEMs since I've recently picked up a univ. Supermoon! But I will admit your Canjam description of the Trifecta's sound makes me want to grab a set if one ever pops up somewhere...

Hey Denver
Love to get your feedback! I’ve been looking at the moonlight and m9 and had a monarch 2 prior (tough on my ears!). What made you pick the moonlight first?

First of all, the Moonlight is super comfortable. Very small for a tribrid. The sound is a bit lacking in bass, but it is very precise. The mids and highs are perfectly matched so that they never get on your nerves. Absolutely long-term vote. The Monarch was just too uncomfortable and, to be honest, didn't impress me as much as the Moonlight with its wealth of detail and this totally relaxed adjustment. The Sony is also very good, but I liked the dynamic bass of the Moonlight a little more. So a clear recommendation for the Moonlight. However, if you want a little more bass, you'd better take the Mahina.

IEM.jpg

This last month my IEM collection are getting very messy but here it is:
1. Sony IER Z1R (U shaped thunderous bass full of fun for many, many modern genre, my "deserted Island IEM", cant live without it)
2. Shure KSE 1200 (studio sound with impeccable layering, imaging and vocal intimacy, has impressive bass punch and depth as well)
3. Campfire Audio Andromeda (Super Airy with wide soundstage, deep bass, excellent balance albeit often a bit bright)
4. Ocharaku Flat-4 Keyaki Plus (Clear, Clean, natural. Best IEM of the bunch for acoustic and Lofi music, which i consume daily for hours, my palate cleanser)
5. Radius TWF-41 (that Piezo driver still surprises me sometimes, one of the first to use it)
6. Audio Technica (IM04 (this thing has soundstage depth unmatched in its price, that always surprises me. Also that Lovely AT vocal is there)
7. Sony XBA A3 (V-Shaped bass monster, best IEM for movie watching for me, also surprisingly comfortable)
8. Heir Audio 5.0 (Best bass punch out of BA i've heard yet, reminded me of how the KSE does it)
9. Audio Technica CKS1100 (Surprisingly balanced, good bass extension, also the best Audio Technica Vocal in IEM form I've heard yet)
10. Audio Technica IM02 (Neutral standard at its price, all rounder, good for what it is)
11. Sony MDR EX800st, (Warm, wide width-wise, balanced, non intrusive, kinda boring, pulled the filter and it sounds much better)
12. Nuforce HEM-1 (Mini IM04, non offensive, my bedside IEM)
13. Sony WF SP900 (Sony's Swimming TWS, this thing actually have a single Sony BA inside, quite tunable and can sound surprisingly good, very different sound form their other TWS)
14. Moondrop Chu (my daily Beater, non intrusive, casual Mid focused IEM)
15. Final Heaven II (unique Final focal, very genre specific, still love the vocal as nothing's like it tho)
16. KZ ZSN Pro (good V shaped fun)
17. Audio Technica E40 (digital sound, beater AT, have AT vocal but kinda harsh in doing it)
18. TTR Co Donguri Shizuku (Too echo-ey now that i have Chu right beside it)
19. Final Adagio V (metal barrel sounding, unique for what it is)
20. Sony MDR NC750, (cheap bassy consumerism sound, very mediocre ANC, I own it simply for its 3.5mm Binaural MIC)
Thats all form the stuff i owned, I didnt include demos here as those are only a couple hours max, did hear a couple Final EX000 IEMs, SE535, blessing 2, etc some chifi, but not much else)

Just add a little explanation about Phonix, Thummim, Trifecta and Legend evo, they all sounded too bassy for me:weary:.
Maybe because they are... 🤔😂😉

Easy:
  1. 7Hz Timeless (now OG)
  2. Moondrop Kato
  3. Dunu Titan S
  4. Ety er2se
Because, um, I'm just getting started. But this thread is giving me so much to chew on. It's so hard to resist the temptation to ask where to go next, though that is very well trod turf, and this thread contains the answer if only I can grok it all.
