When I saw the news, his picture jumped out at me. I knew his face from somewhere, and it turns out it he was a head-fi member. I looked for his profile and posts he made, but I couldn't find any - no sure about his screen name. I thought people should be made aware of this. If anybody knew him through the forums, I offer my sincere condolences.

I'm almost positive he was a member - I remember immediately recognizing the face and then noticed the earphones. The whole affair is sad and awful. I thought maybe somebody knew him.
