Okay, Ive mustered up the courage to mod my Grados. Im going to perform the hole punch mod, the shack hack mod, dynamat mod, and replace the mesh. Are there any other free DIY mods Im forgetting about?

Turbulent Labs makes really nice headbands, and it's super easy to get the stock band off to slide a new one on.  There's a video on their site.  I think start to finish it took me less than 2 minutes following their video.
