Well never mind about me not crashing anymore. 2 hours of playing and now I'm crashing.
Getting away from personal lives and back to the hardware; it seems like AMD is on a roll. Per this graph at a Russian website, their FX-8350 (200 USD per Newegg) squeaks by a 4670K (239 USD). If you overclock it to the FX-9590 levels you start nipping at the heels of a stock 4770K (339 USD). Cheapest 990FX motherboard I could find was 105 USD. The cheapest 1150 motherboard that essentially reaches feature parity is 130 USD. That's an extra 64 USD in your pocket; a next level up videocard upgrade for essentially free.
(GASP) Hello, fellow Terrarian. If you may, my friend and I host a private server, and I don't know if I could trust you, but if you have a Steam, I could contact you that way. (Jeez, I sound so business-like)
I don't know if you can do it in the PRC, but type in your IP address in your URL bar. Try to find the port forwarding tab and open up a port with a certain port number. Then, disable your firewall. Google it if you need.(GASP again) Hail, Terrarian! I've been itching to get my server running, but I never knew anyone around here plays it too. I've been playing it for about a week with my sister, but she's not willing to go Hardmode after I corrupted my Hardmode world file, so my equips are pretty much noob...for now. Anyway, how did you get to run the server?! I've a friend who's looking to play, but somehow the port forwarding part is more confusing than anticipated. Could you help me out?
Google+ and YouTube don't go together
I'm planning to rerun my Logitech G35s to buy some Senn HD429 and a cheap mic. I figured it would sound better and the mic would be better than the one on the G35s. Anyone know of a microphone that can keep me under $100? (The 429s are $60, so maybe anything under $40)
Is the Blue Snowflake any good?
You've got to be a sheep to buy a snowflake for teamspeak/skype
