For the size and grandeur of our meet, it was recommended that everybody contributed $20, actually. A lot of people didn't end up donating but we were still over budget.

Some extra time would be helpful for listening comparisons. Might stretch into food time as long as I'm in the area but those who want to stay late should be welcome to.

Okay well depending on how much extra we can gather, we can start earlier. Troutlake CC opens 8:00AM and closes at 5:00. I'll report back with a list, and how many hours we can extend, and how much we may have leftover for some decent snacks and beverages that are deemed appropriate for the meet.

I heard cheetos 

but no
Donuts and water/coffee (not sure if people want sticky soda) are always staples.
If we have extra for at least 1-2 more hours, that's fine, but if it's 2-3....maybe incorporate lunch or something similar. Separate corner of the room of course. And of course that might get messy. So probably just lots of snacks.
