So there are now two different audio products and an audio company called Mjölnir. I guess the world has officially run out of names.
Unless they choose to delve into other areas of mythology/history/etc (or whatever the right word may be) for names. I imagine - & would hands down pique my interest more - gear/🎧/cables named after fictional & real killers to be a good choice. Personally be thrilled to have a Hannibal Lecter DAC with a Bundy amplifier, paired with a Jigsaw 16-core OFC pure silver/gold-plated copper balanced cable. 🤘🏽🎃

I listened to this briefly at CanJam London. It was excellent.

Good luck it has nothing to do with Mjolnir Audio.

Are you saying you're glad it has nothing to do with MA, because MA sucks? Or "good luck", because it's not made by MA, so it will probably suck?

$7000 for a 2.5 watt DAC/amp ...

Madness.

Yes it is expensive but the power is more then enough for most headphones out there. Also it is a fantastic music player with it's own operating system and sounds great.
Sorry, $7000 for a DAP so comically oversized you have to wear a little purse for it (I'm a woman - this isn't meant as an insult, it literally wouldn't fit in most of my purses) encased in a titanium Mac Pro ripoff shell.

Remember, the Mjölnir comes with something rare… UMLAUTS!

The budget-conscious Schitt Mjolnir does not have umlauts, though the high-end Mjölnir Audio, selling STAX equipment, does.

It is like a genuflect of reverence to have to do special things, like Paste or Insert Symbol, each time we mention Mjölnir of LoTOO.

You will note that those umlauts are emblazoned on the case, unlike Schitt, which just places the o without umlauts on its case.

Umlauts ARE expensive, and they ARE included with Mjölnir!

While I would never buy this, I can't deny it looks cool AF. Maybe not as cool when I'm rocking it around town in a purse, but still cool
