I just picked up two pairs at Circuit City at 19.99. Even while 39.99 is still the regular price, if you use this link you could get them, and even arrange for a local pick up (what I did) Same specs as the Portapros, and it looks pretty the same as you can see on the pics, except for some cosmetic mods, don't know about drivers, but I was impressed for the sound and bass of those small 20.00 headphones.
