Just got the B3 Pro-1 a week ago. In my opinion, Havi B3 Pro-1 even when properly amped is definitely not an upgrade from RE-400 SQ-wise. Preference-wise, it's a different story. If you prefer a slightly (very slightly) v-shaped sound sig with slightly (again, very slightly) boosted sub-bass, more extended highs but still has a very good sense of transparency and micro detail retreival, B3 is in your favor. But if you want a real neutral, accurate, transparent sound especially in the mids department, RE-400 wins by a large margin IMHO.
